Include eMail:		Yes = Your eMail will appear on the Tip.
Select segment:		Select the most appropriate segment, if none fits, select the General segement.
Tip Title:		One-Line description of the Tip.
Tip Info:		Please try to be as informative as possible, and make sure to read your text prior to submitting. Tips pertaining to illegal activities will be disregarded. So please don't send any "ripping" information. Please note, all tips may be edited for more coherency.
The data on this form will be sent through your eMail. Unless otherwise specified, your eMail address will not be posted on the actual Tip.
